Pick Up and Return Policy: Items are available for pick up on the start date you selected between 9am – 5pm. Items must be returned on the end date between 9am – 5pm. Late returns are charged 50% of the original rental charge, per day

Delivery: Delivery is available for an additional $100 fee + $4/per mile

As-Is Rental Policy: All items are rented as is. They are used items, not brand new. Items may show signs of wear and tear.

Lost Item(s) Policy: Lost items will be billed at 4X the rental price. Items not returned within three (3) days are considered lost.

Damage Policy: Customer is responsible for any damage to the rented items during the rental period and will be charged for repairs or replacements based on the extent of the damage.
